The staff went above and beyond to help my family and I while we were dealing with a situation with another hotel. They embraced us and showed empathy and took time to understand our situation. They were extremely kind, caring and professional. I very much appreciate them for that. Everything was clean, calm, and inviting. Simply one of the best hotels I ever stayed in. Although a bit of a distance from town, the staff made the extra travel worth. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Thankful for my experience.
The staff, location, amenities, chefs, ambiance allowed for a “perfect” June wedding! Eric Lane, our Manager, provided low cost options to keep expenses reasonable. He was very helpful with every decision ( room setup, timing, food choices, room availability for guests staying there, photo opportunities, etc). Eric is warm, sincere, and pressure free. His thoughtful planning significantly dropped the stress level of planning such an event. Rain or shine, all guests would be comfortable. Eric was there on our Saturday ( his day off) to ensure every need was met, and all would go smoothly…which it did. The catering staff was personally engaging, encouraging, polite, making us feel like family. The Courtyard provided a stunningly gorgeous backdrop for photos. Our guests raved about the food at the Reception, quantity and succulent taste. Our sincerest appreciation for allowing our special day to be ‘perfect’! John and Colleen Kerns
Quite simply the best hotel experience I have ever had. The room was clean and spacious. The room had a couch and our room had a patio which led right out to the parking lot which was awesome. You can prepay for breakfast if you buy directly through the website for $5 a person which I highly recommend as that breakfast is amazing. I had the omelette and eggs in a blanket for the refused breakfast and the buffet over the weekend. Both well worth the money. I recommend this hotel and will be using this hotel again for any events I have in the area in the near future.
