A wonderful place modern clean and very comfortable and in a beautiful peaceful location. Excellent service from all the hotel staff friendly and professional the owner is always around which gives the hotel a true personal touch. The breakfast was superb as with all the food. This is a beautiful unique hotel I highly recommend.

We had a great experience here. Our room was large and very comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. We ate at the hotel both nights, once in the Michelin star restaurant and once at their casual restaurant. If you stay multiple nights you'll get a free pass to local gondolas, etc.

Apparently this hotel has been opened a few years now which surprises me. The rooms are modern, clean and well sized, as is the rest of the hotel. The location is good, close to public transport and to activities. The decor is a bit of a confused mix of styles in my opinion that doesn't quite achieve what it seems to be aiming for. The spa isn't anything to write home about, don't expect much. At least the spa area is clean and the facilities are modern and in OK condition. I noticed a previous reviewer posted a photo of an issue in the spa which still is not fixed (relevant to my next point). Where it unfortunately falls short though is service and attention to detail. I won't go into detail, but when compared to similarly priced boutique hotels it's just lacking. A side note - the restaurant is not related to the hotel and I don't recommend it either.
