Cheval Knightsbridge

Great location. Great accommodation. First 2 bed apartment felt a little oppressive with small windows and squeaky floor. It was large however and very quiet. The toilet not flushing was not expected for the price paid though. Was then offered a change to a much nicer brighter apartment with good size windows, working plumbing and generally more modern apartment. Staff were great and hope the young Peruvian front desk manager was not too miffed with being recorded- I really thought you were offering to charge me twice the price if I used a different credit card to check in , I am fairly stupid but not so stupid I would take that offer. The lower rating for service was due to strange looks received from bearded Indian looking man who appeared to be some sort of behind scenes manager . Had that definite look of have you stolen something from here Outside of that great staff and great diversity.

The location of the hotel and apartments gives you ease of movement from the heart of London, everything you wish for in less than two minutes walking, and special thanks to the reception staff who serve you 24 hours a day without hesitation. The apartments are clean, tidy, safe, and there is a parking lot for the car, and everyone is there to help. I would like to thank the manager in particular, and this is not a compliment. I have been living in this Cheval group for more than 6 years.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in in London in terms of cleanliness, daily cleaning, and quick service 24 hours a day. Thank you very much for this unique experience.
