Chez Hotel Arlington Heights

I was recently in a wedding at this hotel and I have to say everything was perfect. The staff was very attentive, kind, and cordial throughout the weekend. We all loved the food served at the wedding. The rooftop bar was gorgeous and a perfect after party hang. The rooms were pristine and spacious. We had an excellent stay!

We stayed here for a wedding and it was great! The service was outstanding, the decor was lovely, and everything was clean and well manicured! Special shout out to Taylor who was our bartender on the rooftop. She was working solo with a huge wedding party and handled everything so smoothly and with a great attitude to boot! Highly recommend!

We recently had our wedding at the Chez and it was an amazing weekend. Overall the rooms were very well-kept, setting up the day was not very stressful, and Fatima (our coordinator) was 10/10. I appreciate all the work and effort that went into making sure our day was as flawless as possible. Jojo was also great to have around so I wanted to make sure I called him out too. He was our bar tender on Friday night for a couple hours on the rooftop and he was a pleasure to have, and I know my wife enjoyed talking to him both Friday and Saturday night too. He's great! All the staff at the Chez is very friendly and we really enjoyed all of the servers and bar tenders that we interacted with. The food during the wedding was also quite good, and better than what it was at the tasting so that was a plus! The bar tenders are very generous with the pours which was very appreciated, and I liked how shots were allowed. Not all venues accommodate to that! We had the ballroom until midnight and Fatima was gracious enough to let us continue the party in the lobby as late as we wanted. An amazing weekend and I'm glad that everything worked out as we had planned it the whole time. Vendors and guests all enjoyed the night. Thanks Fatima and team! Will definitely recommend the Chez to others because I'd love to be back at an event here.
