Simple, basic. Same room — 500k for 2 people, 300k for 1 person. Good value for the price. Pretty close to the center
Stayed here only for 16 hours yet it was amazing. The decor in its homestay block is totally cozy and lovely. Equipped with a hair dryer and a TV. Good enough for a girl who likes to style her hair and watch programs snacking crisps. I enjoyed it so much that forgot to take pictures 🙈 The staff here are nice and super helpful. They are pet-furendly, as long as your beloved pets are small enough, and nice and have no issue with flea, ticks, mites, barking and toilet training. Note: fridge and kitchen are not yet available.
1. As soon as I entered the room, I smelled the bedsheets, and it turned out that they hadn't been changed since the previous guest. As soon as I let the receptionist know, they were changed, though. 2. The bedsheets had holes in them (someone smoked in bed), and walls had stains. The towel was thin and small, it became wet after the first use. 3. In the drawer of the table, there was rubbish from the previous guest. The two glasses provided were dirty. 4. The shelf in the bathroom wasn't holiding on one side, it rested on the faucet. So, every time I had to open/close the faucet, I had to first lift the shelf. Needless to say, the shelf itself was unusable. 5. In order to access the sink, I had to first walk into the bathroom, then close its door, because the sink was hidden behind the door. Not convenient. 6. There are dogs all around this hotel. There are two dogs at a property in Chau Van Dang: the owners just oepn the gates, and the dogs run out and chase passersby. Accessing from Tran Huynh, then Duong Thi Sau is impossible as well: there is a dog in that lane, it doesn't let people pass. The only safe access is via Chau VanDang, then Huynh Van Xa, then Tran Van Tat, or Nguyen Cong Toc, then Tran Van Tat. I wish this hotel would talk to the owners of those dogs so that they keep them benhind their closed gates. 7. Here on Google Maps, this hotel calls itself a 3-star hotel. What are they even talking about?
