Chiangkhong Teak Garden Riverfront Onsen Hotel SHA Extra Plus

Very impressive. we stayed a night here with a motorbike tour group i could have stayed a week easy, great rooms excellent pool facilities and impeccable Thai service (as usual) loved it. Rooms are excellent modern, clean, air con and king bed.

This Hotel is wonderful! My wife and I stayed here on a quick little get away and it was simply perfect. The pool is just cold enough to wake you up, yet not too cold to scare you out. The Onsen would make a newborn baby feel back in the womb, it is very hot but very enjoyable. My wife couldn’t get enough of the bed, it is so comfy and big. Also the water pressure almost knocked me off my feet. If you eat at the restaurant attached to the hotel, be sure to get the strawberry Italian Soda. I drank about 65 liters of that during our one night stay, Aloi Ma! 6/5 stars

A large and reasonably comfortable hotel with great views of the Mekhong River, I had a room with a balcony on the 4th floor and it was quiet. Curiously it had a bath on the balcony but it was chilly and I couldn't get the water to run hot enough. The infinity pool is a good length and the Onsen is a small but interesting addition. Breakfast was ok but the selection was uninspiring. There are some nice restaurants in easy walking distance and you can get down to the walkway by the river straight from the hotel, they also have e-bikes to rent at 50 baht per hour.
