Offers an International buffet lunch at a fixed price. Lovely surroundings, friendly staff. Food selection of western dishes could be better but probably most customers are Thai and prefer Asian cuisine. Overall good value.

The last night stay here was the worst. Since the parking is far from the hotel building, we called the hotel staff to ask for directions to the hotel. The call was cut off before we finished talking about the place we were waiting for. We saw a golf car drive past twice without picking us up. In the end, we had to walk from the parking lot in the hot temperature with 2 kids and luggage. When checking in, there was no information about the facilities. We only got information about the opening and closing times of the restaurant in the morning. It seems that searching for information on Google would be the best option. After checking in, the staff forgot to return our ID card. After we entered the room with exhaustion and hot weather, there was a phone line to go downstairs to get our ID card by ourselves because "the staff forgot to return the card". Even a 1-star hotel rushed to return the card to the room because it was an important document. Later, regarding the keycard, there was no explanation about using the keycard that it can be used to open the door with only one card. According to the general standard, both cards can be used. We also had an issue with breakfast because of the hotel's and the agent's fault. The best thing is probably the beautiful view in the room and the spacious room. We will not recommend and go back to this hotel again.
