Starting with this hotel is quite a task. I strongly caution against choosing this hotel if you plan to visit Tunisia. Upon arrival, an unpleasant odor greeted us in the corridors of our room, which unfortunately persisted throughout the hotel. The hallways were cluttered with deceased cockroaches, damaged walls, and dried paint stains on the floor. Despite our hopes, the cleaning situation remained unchanged during our stay. Regrettably, the service left much to be desired. Despite multiple requests, we were not provided with toilet paper or towels. These essentials only reached us after a frustrating wait of 2 days. Additionally, we were assured an additional single bed due to the room's inadequate size, but this promise was not fulfilled. The rooms also had a mosquito infestation, though thankfully, our air conditioning was functional. Despite opting for the all-inclusive meal plan, we found the food quality to be abysmal. Consequently, we ended up dining outside the hotel for the majority of our stay. It's worth noting that even water was not complimentary here. Upon seeking the opinion of locals outside the hotel, we were met with laughter and a unanimous verdict: "This hotel ranks among the worst two in the area." On a positive note, the pool was the sole redeeming feature, offering a moderately enjoyable experience.
THE WORST HOTEL EVER IN HAMAMAT! no service, no good food, no good reception The buffet is so limited and not avaliable The service is 0 The reception let us wait 3 hours arguing with us that we can't enter even we booked with booking after a long arguing they discovered that they're wrong.
DO NOT COME HERE! Lunch and dinner sardines and one chicken wing. All inclusive and the bar is empty no drink no alcohol. Rooms stinks baaaadly. The owner refused to pay his stuff as i dont blame them. The lady in reception was very helpful and nice but she couldn't so anything. The pool is so dirty,floor is disgusting. All day been running around looking for nicer rooms none of them has air conditioner. HOTEL MUST CLOSE DOWN!
