The staff is very nice and helpful. The room a bit old but it was very clean and big. Good customer service includes providing courteous and quick check in and free parking.
A great base for places we visited eg The Outlets and Shimonoseki. Though hotel is older and it shows in the room, for it's price and size, we think it is good value for money. We enjoyed the space and size of hotel room. The layout is useful for travellers and hotel provides all essential necessities. Free parking easily available. Hotel lobby is above ground level with limited lots. Plenty of lots at ground level. Refer to map I posted.
Stayed for 2 nights. Easy free self-parking on-site. Double-bed rooms felt old and some have funny smell. They provide air purifier. One of our rooms, unfortunately, had cigarette smell likely coming from another unit. In general, it is a good price hotel but don't expect their room photos to reflect what you will get.
