One of the best resort properties in China.. amazing set up.. one can see white tigers at breakfast or during anytime of their stay. We took the white tiger room which gave us direct view of the white tigers. Good spa and amazing hospitality

Spectacular hotel! The best of our Mainland China trip so far. The rooms were very large, comfortable, and well-appointed. The bathrooms boasted a huge tub and stand-alone shower. The shower water was copious and hot. The lobbies (there are two!) and the grand entrance were unlike anything I have ever seen before. The property was stocked with wild animals, including white tigers near the restaurant, exotic birds, and more. The multiple shops on property sold everything from luxury clothing and shoes to snacks and souvenirs. The hotel is close to the Safari Park, which contains more wild animals in a natural-habitat setting than I have ever seen before. A nightly circus occurs in a large arena on property, and it is breathtaking—more death-defying acts and fewer animal stunts! My only regret is that I didn’t have my children and grandchildren with me to experience this extraordinary entertainment!

Disappointing…. Booked for 2 nights in Feb 2025 as part of our 3 week China trip. The hotel facilities were old but not the worse. Just the overall experience had put us off entirely. I’m not coming back again and here’s why: - room wasn’t clean properly. food stain and left over rubbish found everywhere in our room. - carpet were so dirty - we found hair on our kids pillows when we arrived…disgusting - couldn’t find staff to help with anything in timely manner. Got lost in the hotel but the staff didn’t bother showing us the right direction. I was so confused, the car dealer staff were everywhere but couldn’t find a hotel staff. -tried to rent a pram from the front desk, got given a half broken one and charged 100 per day and 1000 RMB for bond. Couldn’t enjoy the trip in the park at all since we had to worry about the pram being stolen or damage. That pram didn’t worth $100 rmb to start with. We made a complaint to the manager but didn’t get a response until we checked out. - the signature tiger restaurant access was limited. Got told the dinner and breakfast time were shortened due to the car dealer function. No seats available, tried 3 times. We gave up and left the hotel to the CBD for food. - no idea how you guys let all these private tour drivers (not sure if they’re scammers) access to the hotel area. My family tried to walk down to the shuttle bus station and got harassed by these drivers for the entire time. At least 4 group approached us and the security guards didn't do anything to protect us as guests. All they did was stood there… Btw, not sure what you guys did to your staffs… didn’t see one smile from any hotel staff over 2 days, no one was willing to greet their guests and everyone look constipated…5 star hotel…not sure how…
