Chinchilla Motor Inn

Clean and tidy. We stay in Corporate Villa, which is a whole villa, so has a lounge and bit more room. The standard is more motel room size, no lounge. Rooms/villa's are spotless. Basic, but everything you need to cook a meal. Well appointed camp kitchen if bbq is what your after. Oh and it's nice and QUIET.

Clean and very spacious rooms. Easy check-in. Some areas are in need of improvement, mainly the state of the old thin pillows, completely worn out and only 1 per person and 1 spare to service 4 people. Unfortunately we found the room extremely noisy during the night with traffic from Park St right outside and very thin walls. I’d stay elsewhere for a better nights sleep next time I’m there.

I stayed for four nights, and unfortunately, the service was very disappointing. After two days, I requested cleaning and room service. The owner informed me that it was the weekend, they were short-staffed, and the room wouldn’t be cleaned until Monday—just one night before I was scheduled to leave on Tuesday. Even on Monday, the bathroom and sink were not cleaned, and the bed was left unmade. Throughout my entire stay, there was no cleaning. Towels were only changed twice, and while coffee and tea bags were restocked, no milk was provided. Additionally, the listing mentioned there was a restaurant, but there wasn’t one on site. If you value cleanliness, good service, and accurate listings, I wouldn’t recommend this facility. It was a very disappointing experience overall.
