The location of this hotel is amazing. Only 1 block from the train station made it easy to drop off all our bags before heading into Takayama. The bed was large and the room was quite spacious compared to some hotels we stayed at in Tokyo. The only drawback was the oddly sloping and soft floor in the bathroom.
We had a great time at the Chisun. The best value for money for any hotel I have visited before! The room is large, modern and clean with a very comfy bed. There are plenty of free amenities including access to a complimentary spa, which is fab. The staff are also so polite and helpful. Highly recommend :)
Excellent hotel, very close to the train station and bus terminal. Big rooms by Japanese standard. But the major highlight for me was the jacuzzi & sauna spa which was clean, well organized with lockers and showers and well maintained. The staff at the reception was courteous and kind. And most importantly the value for money ratio was on spot.
