Chittaway Motel

We have had several poor experiences with motels in Australia which has made us reluctant to pre-book. We came specially to see this motel before booking. However the discription is accurate . This motel is really superb. Large well equipped comfortable rooms. Close by a shopping centre with another one a short drive away. The motel is quiet and includes a free laundry. The manager is really helpful and friendly. We really recommend this motel. It is easily the best stay during our driving holiday in NSW

Reception staff very welcoming via email and txt and accommodating. Easy access to room. Large room with excellent facilities and clean. Great location and close to shops. We asked for late checkout due to late arrival night before after a long journey and received it very kindly. Thank you!

In brief, very large room (double the size of many motel rooms) with Queen and Single, very clean, had everything we needed, excellent service at reception, perfect location for our needs, good parking, excellent value. If and when the opportunity arises again, my wife and I would be very happy to stay at the Chittaway. My recollection is that the TV had Subtitles, many don't, important to us as my wife is severely hearing impaired, frustrating when this is not the case, especially when it happens typically in very expensive accommodations. Thank you Chittaway for a very nice stay.
