It's what it is. Nothing special, just a place to sleep, clean up and go about your day. Their parking lot closes at night for security reasons, so thumbs up for that

My experience at the CHN Hotel Monterrey Centro was mixed. On the positive side, the hotel has a convenient location for exploring the city center, although it's not perfect. The staff was friendly and helpful, which is always a plus. Positive Aspects: Breakfast: Breakfast was one of the highlights. The omelet station, where a chef prepares your omelet right in front of you, was a true delight. The variety of options was adequate, and the taste was excellent. Ambiance: While it's not a luxury hotel, the overall ambiance is pleasant and clean. Negative Aspects: Humidity in the Room: Despite having the air conditioning on, the humidity in the room was noticeably high. This made my stay uncomfortable. Wi-Fi: The Wi-Fi service was very poor. The network was open, which raised security concerns, and it disconnected frequently. This was frustrating, especially if you need to stay connected for work or communication. In summary, while the CHN Hotel Monterrey Centro has its advantages, such as a good breakfast and friendly staff, the issues with humidity and Wi-Fi need to be improved to offer a more complete and satisfying experience for guests.

Even with being a platinum member i was denied a early check in after I called to confirm if be able to get one. I arrived at 2 and had to wait till 430 to get checked in. This is BS.
