This place is a beautiful 😍 resort! I loved my room. 💞 It was so...clean, organized, beautiful decor, and the bathroom was very clean. 👌🏽 I was truly impressed. They had plenty of places to eat, the buffet was delicious. 😋 They had plenty of places to shop, plus they had a movie theater. This is a nice place for a weekend get away! The rooms are pricey, but nice! ☺️ Thank you so...much for a lovely stay! 💞🙌🏽

I absolutely love this place!! We come several times a year just for short get away and always have an amazing time! My kids love it also. They have so much more than gambling and a casino. They have several restaurants and bars, gift shop, coffee shop, arcade, bowling, movie theatre, spa, concerts, they have a beautiful pool area with a slide, swim up bar, hot tubes. I could go on and on ….it so much fun that the whole family can enjoy.

We spent the weekend at the Choctaw Sky Tower and paid over $500 per night expecting a premium experience. Unfortunately, the room was average at best. The pillows were flat, the shower had no door (so the bathroom was cold unless we shut ourselves in—which then made it too hot when getting ready), and the layout simply didn’t feel thoughtfully designed. The worst part was the A/C system. I called the front desk because it wasn’t cooling, only to be told it “saves energy” by shutting off when it doesn’t sense movement. After a night out, my wife and I fell asleep and woke up at 6:15 a.m. sweating, with the room at 76°. By then, the sheets were damp and uncomfortable. The front desk apologized but offered no real solution and no compensation — just a “sorry” and we had to deal with it. Our stay also included two entries to the resort pool. We went down on Saturday and there was nowhere to sit or even set our belongings. We ended up holding our stuff, had one drink, and left after an hour without ever getting in the water. The bartenders and waitstaff were kind and tried to help, but clearly the area is overcrowded on weekends and the resort isn’t prepared for it. To be fair, the bartender inside the casino was excellent, and dinner at Salt & Stone was delicious, although it was hard to get a drink refill because the staff was spread thin. Overall, we expected a luxury weekend given the price. Instead, we got a mediocre room, poor climate control, zero rest, and no real resort experience. For $500+ a night, “just adequate” isn’t good enough. I hope management takes this seriously and improves both room design and guest service in the future.
