Choice Luxe Lagos

The WiFi was bad and didn't connect throughout my stay. The staff who was supposed to offer a solution was helpless. Water wasn't running in the bathroom for an extended number of hours, despite having to chase the reception to do something about it. Worse of all, the bedsheet and duvet was dirty and visibly stained all over, leaving me with a skin rash. Highly disappointing experience.

I spent 2 nights here and was honestly disappointed, especially with the food experience. The first red flag was how long it took to get breakfast. When it finally came, it was cold — cold, tough yam with cold egg sauce. Absolutely unappealing. The food overall was just not it. Too much seasoning, no real Nigerian taste, and it honestly felt like they were trying too hard to impress without getting the basics right. The seasoning was overwhelming — like they were trying to mask a lack of actual flavor. If you care about good Nigerian food or timely service, this place might not meet your expectations Also for the 2 days I spent there no room service came to clean my room

Finally concluded that I will not be returning to this hotel! I have stayed here twice trusting the management's assurance that their services would be better. Still the same, a reception that can never help because they are not knowledgeable. There has never been a bell hop, the 3 times I have been.here... so I give up. Today I paid for a higher grade room double deluxe and what I was given is worse than the deluxe room. It's smaller, you can literally touch the TV from the bed. The Bathroom door scraps the floor. I am soooo disappointed! The room is so small. NOT COMFORTABLE at all! I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS HOTEL!
