Chongqing Marriott Hotel

The rooms are clean and modern with a great view of the city (for the river-facing rooms). The rooftop is also free to visit after a certain time in the evening, where you can see great views of Chongqing at night.

I checked in very late and my room preferences weren't met. I called the front desk and one of the duty managers Cary came up personally to apologize about not noting a feather free room. It was so late at night but he quickly switched the bedding with the housekeeping staff and the next day upgraded to a beautiful sweet. He was so nice and in fact everyone was at the property. Despite the room hiccup with the feathers, the stay was wonderful. Breakfast was much tastier than other properties, location is great, and the property is well maintained.

Staff is friendly and helpful....the staff can sense that we are not in the room when we did not put the dnd sign coming back from a hotel with a clean room not like other hotels when is messy because not every guest will remember to put the sign. Will definitely come back again
