Lo es the hotel, plan to go to the pool at night, i brought a bottle a wine and the staff opened it, lent me two glasses and we just relaxed in the warm water. Breakfast was nice i went with my wife , 2 kids and my mom. The rooms were ajointing but seperate which was perfect, the drive to the City was like 8 min. Loved the hotel, really enjoyed it.
Nice hotel, with plenty of good sized rooms. The service is top notch, breakfast is great and the warmed pool is fantastic. The best parte thou was the vista. You can see the whole Campos do Jordão frm there.
Worst experience!! Where I don't want to go again!!! We've been assigned a different room than the one we reserved. The room was like a warehouse full of moldy odors. I had to go out of the room to look outside. We complained to the hotel and said we'd give you a refund if you checked out. I packed all my stuff and checked out, but hotel said no refunds. At 10 p.m.!!!!! It's the worst hotel that's so unfriendly and hopeless. I don't know why this hotel have a high rating?!
