Chrispy Beach Resort

The rooms are big , spacious and modern and a plus u have a small kitchen if u don't have meals included. There are some hidden cost we did not know about like: beach towels, beach seats and the tourism tax is high. The buffet was small but had food for everyone. Drinks where all local alcohol, not that good quality. The beach was in a good place , nice and clean. We went to the other hotels beaches those where worse, rocks,seaweed, steep... so we where lucky

We consider our stay at this hotel disappointing, the review refers to the stay from 27.04.2025 to 04.05.2025, All Insclusive option. 1. Food monotonous, not tasty, in a small choice, meals from the intention should be warm such as soups, meat, were served cold. Tomatoes , cucumbers , pies were served on trays that were frozen. Vegetables were taken off with ice from the tray. Food that was reasonably tasty and disappeared in the first place was not replenished. Often there was a lack of salt, butter. 2. Beverages and snacks in "Eiland and Dine" given in the information by the resident in paper form, practically non-existent. Late in the evening, it was possible to use the three drinks available to the bartender ( 17.00-23.00). This service was introduced on the third day of the stay. Services serving drinks and snacks from 10 am to 5 pm were practically non-existent. We were prevented from using the service “one meal a la carte”, at the hotel reception we received information that the hotel is not prepared for this service.As a result, we necessarily used extra paid meals, which contributed to greater expenses during our stay. 3. Additional activities such as spa , gym, evening show, yoga were not made available to us during our entire stay. There was ongoing regular construction across from our room. As a result, the noise of construction machines and equipment could be heard from the morning. The noise , which could be heard in the room prevented us from resting and relaxing peacefully. In conclusion, the vacation in the Coral agency for us was a huge misunderstanding, a waste of money, time and, most importantly, days of vacation. The agency, selling us this trip, knew that there is construction going on in close proximity to the hotel MARVIDA HOTEL CHRISPY BEACH, and that the hotel is not prepared to receive guests on 27.04.2025 to 04.05.2025r. In our opinion, the Coral agency sold us dining, stay and additional services , which were not implemented in this hotel. This is the first time we have encountered such a situation that we are forced to advertise the purchase of a tour. We do not recommend staying at this hotel.

So, overall, my stay was okay-ish. The waiters/waitresses were nice, and the reception was also very nice and helpful. But I expect more from a 4-star all-inclusive hotel. The sheets weren't changed; they were just made fresh – but the same sheets every day. On the second day, we were suspicious because they didn't look new. Then I made a pencil mark – and the mark was still there the next day and the day after. We asked for a change, and two days later, the sheets were changed, and by the time we left, they were the same sheets again… There was an extremely rude waitress at the bar – Elini or Elaini. She deliberately kept us waiting, made sarcastic remarks, and was really rude. Once, we complained about the music because she was playing Albanian music, and she said, "Just imagine it’s Greek music." The food was okay, nothing special, and there wasn't much choice; it was almost the same every day. And what also bothered me: They only served filter coffee outside for the restaurant 🙄😳 As I said, the service and reception were nice, but that was it. They have a really nice location, and I think they should invest in better service and improve.
