Christchurch Motel

🔝🔝🔝 I really enjoyed my stay. Classic motel, good location, room clean and tidy. But what makes the real difference is the outstanding service. All the staff are kind, friendly and helpful. They also offer a shuttle service at very reasonable prices: I recommend to use it! I didn’t and I was ripped off by a greedy taxi driver: 40AUD from the airport to the motel!!! A special mention for the impeccable service to Nathaniel. I’ll definitely return when back to Christchurch. Strongly recommended.

I have stayed here before and I found the room really clean and comfortable This time around not only was the room clean and tidy and warm, the service was impeccable. I was feeling poorly and the owner was accommodating by putting me in another room away from noise and allowed me to check out late to get some much needed sleep

I have booked one unit at this motel, there were more than one available at time of booking. After a whole month later, I received a message today asking me to cancel the booking because it is no longer available. I still have plenty of time to book elsewhere, at a higher rate though. It didn't bother me much but when I asked for a reason, was it flooded or overbooked, I wanted to know, there was never an answer. It feels like me, a customer who made booking, don't deserve to know what happened on the place I paid for.
