Christofinia Hotel

The hotel is unfairly rated 4 stars. The value for money is generally good, but it is clear from the entire staff that there is no desire to provide service. Every smallest request is received with discomfort by the hotel staff. The level of maintenance of the rooms is reasonable and requires significant improvement. The location is good, quiet, ample parking, reasonable breakfast plus. The expectation was slightly higher due to the 4-star rating, but overall good value for money.

Such a lovely and beautiful hotel! I especially loved the kids club— I was amazed that my child didn’t want to leave Julia. She’s so good at connecting with kids! The only thing I hope the hotel can fix is the mold smell in the kids club because it could be harmful to health

Just came back last week from the family holiday where we stayed 7 nights all-inclusive. This review is 100% true. Our room nr 203, second floor. The food, OMG! The food does not deserve more than 2 stars! TERRIBLE! It was the worst food ever I had on a hotel. A couple of times, we had to eat outside and pay extra money for dinner. We spoke to a few employees there and were told that we were not the only ones complaining about the quality of the food and that this problem had been going on for some time but no action had been taken. POSITIVE POINTS: - close to Nissi Beach - very nice staff, friendly people starting with restaurant, pool bar, bar, reception - the service was very good - AC in the room NEGATIVE POINTS: - the quality of the food, same breakfast every day, to much frozen foods cooked - old rooms/bathrooms (need some updates) - kids club - just on the paperwork, probably, now-one there to entertain the kids, just a locked room with couple of old toys - poor entertainment, once a week somebody coming to sing Per total, probably we gonna go back just if they gonna do something regarding the food! For a 4 ⭐️hotel, people who pay a lot of money deserve more!
