Highly professional and hospitable place. Great staff. The reception desk personnel Nada, Elsa, and Rawad were more than great. In all honesty, the staff all over the hotel were helpful, welcoming, active, and very hospitable. The amenities were high end. Great breakfast.

People at the front desk are welcoming and helpful Rooms are clean. Room service is efficient Food is good The only problem is the music at the pool. The same peace of music keeps playing all day long despite our complaints.
