The airconditioning only works between 12u-16u! It was continuously 26-27 degrees in the room. Could not sleep because of the heat. Also no ventilation. Room was on third floor. Whole floor was extremely hot, hotter then other floors. But even friends on lower levels also complain. It is a shame that they claim they have airco if it is not turned on. Also TV in the room is not good. Most of the time the picture is bad and disrupted. Not a 4-star hotel. Windows not clean, … Hotel needs at least a decent renovation.
You wait almost for half an hour but no one comes to you to get your orders!!! One time also we were there and they forgot to give our order to kitchen but we wait for an hour and no even an excuse!!!
We made a reservation through secretescape website . and went there . an hour before check in they call that the hotel is full and can't accept us . we booked two weeks in advance . And they offered us a worse hotel to replace !!!! and were very rude . Do not recommend anyone to book !!! and wanted to cheat !!! our booking number is A11026-12347-23595006 .
