I almost don't want to leave such a good review in case too many people discover the property and drive the price up, but they deserve a good word. I have stayed at several long-term rentals in the Miami area and this is the best so far, it's clean and everything works properly. One free dedicated parking spot is a huge bonus, the amenities are good, lots of good restaurants nearby and the view is great. This place is hard to beat for the price. Amazing location, great views, large apartments,decoration is ok, staff is very friendly, you have the Publix market almost there and restaurants in every corner. The big BUT is: cleanness! The bathtub had hair, the restroom door had a splatter That I really don’t want to know what it was, the toilet paper holder had dust as thick as mi little finger, etc. A restroom reno could be in order. If you just look at it, it seems just fine, but when you start arranging your things.... I went to the gym, which is great and has a lot of options to exercise, still if you see it as a whole it seem clean but then each machine mmmm
