Churchill Suites Monte Carlo Miami Beach

Nice stay, very good rooms, nice view and pool. The gym could have been better. Room and lobby climatization was too strong, which led to water condensation on the windows. We would wish weaker climatization, so that the temperature difference when one leaves the pool and enters the hotel again is not so extreme.

Not livable room if you have any toiletries or towels to hang or if you want to cook ( pans are without lids)or wash clothes ( door was falling off) or hang your wet swimming suit ( no hooks nor towel bars). Be careful tot to break your fingers opening double drawers, it's stubborn and heavy).Toilet was leaking, the sound of running water would wake you up. The entrance to the beach or pool is weird, no signs- you just get lost in the garage, looking for exit :((. (Another thing, we had to take Uber all the time, even though we had our car in their garage). Beach was good, bur service was super rude! Not only to us, but to other people. The guy there, wouldn't give people chairs, even though he had plenty, saying that he might need them later.

It’s a mixed bag. Pros are great location, quick valet, generous room size, great sea view, 2 pools, publix and Walgreens, pizza hit, subway, dominos so close. Cons are 3rd party bad customer service, upkeep, billing, pricing, housekeeping. Don’t book via booking.com. It’s an apartment not a hotel so you cook/order your own food.
