I would like to express my deep gratitude to the entire team of the Chuvashia Hotel for the time spent here! This is one of the most comfortable and pleasant experiences of staying here. The first thing that wins you over from the threshold is the polite and attentive staff at all levels, starting with the reception: the administrators are always friendly, promptly resolve any issues and create the feeling that you were very much expected here. The maids are a model of neatness and friendliness, they work very efficiently and unobtrusively. The waiters in the Al dente restaurant also deserve the warmest words - they are attentive, polite, with a sincere smile. The security guards at the entrance and on the territory do their job with exceptional politeness, attention and willingness to help. They always say hello, open doors, monitor the order unobtrusively, but confidently, creating a feeling of complete safety and comfort. In general, it seems that for each employee, making the guest happy is the main task. The cleanliness and order in the hotel are impeccable! Everywhere: in the room, halls, restaurant, on the territory – you can feel that great attention is paid to cleaning. Silence! You can’t hear anyone through the walls. You can rest peacefully without worrying about your neighbors. This is a rare and priceless advantage. The climate control system in the room is excellent! It works silently and efficiently, allowing you to create an ideal microclimate at any time of the day (at night we slept with the air conditioner on auto mode, you couldn’t hear it at all! It simply silently maintained the set temperature). We were also pleased with small but very pleasant details: - The presence of a thermometer-hygrometer in the room – very practical, especially with children, to control the conditions. - Cute flowers on each balcony – a small but pleasant detail that creates coziness and a feeling of care. Conclusion: I recommend it. If you are looking for a place for a comfortable stay – the Chuvashia Hotel is an ideal choice!

Stayed at this hotel a few times. I like its European appearance. High quality hotel/motel at two star prices! Beware of phone calls from prostitutes.

The hotel is 4 star but the breakfast is less than 3 star. Assortments are not good, poor quality; this is disrespect to the customers. A four star hotel breakfast should not be like this.
