Megan, the bar manager, truly stands out — super professional, welcoming, and you can tell she genuinely cares about the customer experience. Places like this thrive because of people like her. Lovely views over St Ives. The hotel doesn't look much from the outside but inside it is very clean, tidy and well decorated. Extremely well run with lovely staff. Rooms very nice with all the facilities you would expect. The food was very good and they provide pack lunches for the walks. Guided walks on three levels of difficulty. Views along the coastal paths were lovely but quite hard work. We did the level walk on day one which was still quite taxing but the second days level 2 walk was tough.
