We had a wonderful stay at NH Taormina. The most important highlight was definitely the staff! Everyone, from the front desk to the breakfast team, was incredibly kind. Angelo, in particular, was so kind, polite, and helpful. All the best to you and your family, my friend! The room was really comfortable, and the swimming pool had a great view and was a good size. The breakfast was wonderful! When I had a medical emergency, the NH staff were incredibly friendly, allowing us to do a late check-out and safely storing our luggage. The location is perfect, right near the main street. They have a partnership with a nearby parking garage that works perfectly. They also have another partnership with a truly great beach club that provides a shuttle service. I recommend both! It was a perfect stay.

Wonderful experience at this beautiful 5-Star property. The absolute best part was the fantastic customer service shown to us by the “A Team” - Cecilia and Giovanni at the front desk could not do enough for us. They were so helpful, friendly, patient and professional. Angelo greeted us the minute we stepped out of our car to assist with our luggage and our many questions. They became like family during our stay. Breakfast was fantastic with a delicious array of breakfast foods. Rooms were beautiful - clean and wonderfully stocked. Housekeeping did a stellar job, and the pool was such a delight after a long day of sightseeing. The location was great as well , as we walked to restaurants in the evening. I cannot recommend this property enough and look forward to returning in the near future. Thanks for making our stay an unforgettable one in beautiful Taormina.

We had the best stay at NH collection Taormina. From the moment we walked in, the staff were so helpful and kind and so welcoming! The hotel is walking distance to everything you need, food, shopping, the cable car to go to the beach. The rooms were amazing and comfortable. The small details, like the staff coming to your room with little treats and chocolates everyday. There’s not enough words to explain how amazing our experience was. I will be back and I will be recommending this hotel to anyone who’s going to Taormina.
