Rooms are good. Ambience is nice and bright. Breakfast options very compact not so variety. Staffs are decent.
I would NOT recommend this. We had a major delay on a flight and asked for a room from about 10am until 9pm. We paid the full overnight tariff and then they tried to get rid of us at 8pm or charge us another 30% despite it being an empty hotel pretty much. We’d not been told this prior. Room stank of mould and staff were passive aggressive.
Very rude staff. I asked for one more blanket as it was cold and for some extra dishes. Reception staff said “No, we don’t provide”. Then i asked for water bottle. They said they charge for it. You ask for anything , answer is short, “NO”. I wonder how they rate it almost 4 star. Very basic breakfast with almost no options. I recommend just DO NOT GO.
