Apartments Ciasa de Lenz is situated in the heart of San Cassiano. It is one of the favorite hotels in the area. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a big smile and friendly service and we immediately felt comfortable. We had a pleasant experience. This is by far our favorite hotel in San Cassiano. High quality rooms, they are very clean, spacious, the beds are very comfortable, and Manuela was amazing. She went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. Manuela, is the BEST host that you can ask for! We were very impressed by a special customer service by Manuela, so I highly recommend her. Manuela goes above and beyond what customers need and helps ensure we are happy. She is always very friendly, polite, patient, attentive, hard worker, and definitely makes any client feel comfortable with her great attention. We were fully satisfied with her outstanding attention and wonderful customer service! Manuela is extremely kind, and also very familiar with what is on the hotel and also she will help you with any question. We highly recommend going to Apartments Ciasa de Lenz at San Cassiano. Great place to stay for a visit to the Dolomites! The apartment was very modern, clean and comfortable, the view from the balcony and yard are amazing, and you are a short walk to San Cassiano, a little longer walk to La Villa, central to all kinds of villages for hiking and some of the best cycling in the world. We stayed for a week and it was perfect. Manuela is so helpful, she grew up there and her parents still tend gardens and chickens on the property and live next door. This is so much better than a hotel or chain, supporting the local community that have lived in the Dolomites for generations.

Recently renovated with a lovely view of the dolomite mountains. We had a very warm welcome and we're very pleasantly surprised at the high-quality furnishings and amenities in this lovely place. The value is exceptional. The hiking was amazing. All the little local villages separated only by a few winding kilometres are absolutely enchanting. Can't wait to come back and stay longer next time.
