Absolutely Phenomenal Stay at Cicada Luxury Resort by Marriott! Our experience at the Cicada Luxury Resort was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in an atmosphere of genuine care and top-notch service. Our private pool villa was a dream – beautifully appointed with breathtaking views of the lush jungle. It truly felt like our own secluded paradise. The culinary experience was also exceptional. Every meal was a delight, showcasing the high quality and attention to detail the resort offers. What truly set the Cicada apart, however, was the incredible staff. Every single person we encountered, from the welcoming check-in team and attentive managers to the meticulous housekeeping and the delightful restaurant staff, were genuinely caring and sweet. They went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable, arranging special touches like a stunning floating breakfast and a relaxing flower bath. The location is also fantastic, offering easy access to all the wonders of Ubud. Surprisingly, we even found ourselves enjoying the tranquility and beauty of our villa more than our previous stay at the Mandapa Ritz. For the level of luxury, service, and overall experience, the Cicada offers incredible value for the money. We are already dreaming of our return and wholeheartedly recommend this exceptional resort to anyone seeking a truly special escape in Ubud. We stayed at this hotel for two days, but I really wish we had booked more. The view was amazing, the staff were perfect, the breakfast was delicious, and the rooms were so clean. I absolutely loved our room — it was comfortable and relaxing. Our private pool even had a heater, which made it perfect for evening swims. Definitely a place I would come back to!”
