Cicero Grand Syracuse North

Very nice accommodations. Would recommend. 4.7 stars. Rooms need minor maintenance. Needs a deep clean in areas in the room. These are minor issues. I will stay again when in the area. Staff was nice. Pretty landscaping. Close to area businesses. Delivery is an option. 20 min w/traffic to Empower Concert venue.

The gist is : The staff were great but the rooms were mediocre. I got a king bed and the sheets would constantly come off. The comforter was definitely NOT a king size cause it almost fit the bed only. Housekeeping is only done upon request and you have to ask for extra towels at the front desk. The bath tub had mold on the bottom of the tiles and you can tell there's been a lot of patchwork done and needs to be done to the room. Although we were in a smoke free room I could see multiple cigarette burns on the walls, bathroom counter and a burn on the comforter. The reinforced lock to our room was flimsy and you can tell it had been moved multiple times. The pool was small, kinda murky and hasnt been cleaned in a while. For the price i paid i expected more. Nothing special besides all the great ladies that work there. They were super helpful and accommodating. For the price I'll try Holiday Inn next time.

Took almost 45 minutes to check-in because they were transitioning to a new system and couldn't find my reservation. Dropped our bags and went to race track. Got back to room around 10:30 PM only to realize there was no remote for the TV. I called front desk and was told a they would try and find a remote. No remote was brought to the room nor was a courtesy call made apologizing that they couldn't find a remote. Only 2 towels in the bathroom. Its 90 degrees and would like to be all be able to shower. Do not recommend this hotel nor would I stay here again.
