Great beachfront location, and amazing hospitality🥰🥰 Absolutely great service 10/10. The staff were extremely attentive to our needs and did their best to elevate our stay. Rooms were spacious, modern and cleaned everyday 😅. breakfast was fabulous consisting with a varied buffet every morning. The sky pool on the top floor is a leading facility with a beach view 360 degrees of the city 😍 thank you Cecilia team for a wonderful stay 🧡

I had a truly enjoyable stay at Cicilia Hotels & Spa. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities to make the experience relaxing and hassle-free. The location was convenient, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel was calm and welcoming. What stood out most was the exceptional service from the staff. Everyone was polite, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. I would especially like to mention Nhungg, who was incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay—her warm attitude made a real difference. I also want to recognize the laundry service staff, particularly the young lady who handled my requests efficiently and with such a friendly demeanor. Her service was prompt and professional. Overall, the staff’s hospitality and dedication added great value to the experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and will gladly return in the future.

From the moment We arrived, the service was top-notch—every staff member was warm, attentive, and professional. A special thank you to Tina, who went above and beyond. The room was beautifully designed, clean, and incredibly comfortable, offering a relaxing retreat after a long day. We also loved the buffet breakfast each morning—great variety, fresh ingredients, and something for every palate. The hotel features two swimming pools, perfect for both relaxation and fun, as well as a well-equipped gym for staying on top of fitness goals while traveling. The location is perfect, just a 2-minute walk to the beach. You'll also find convenience stores, spas, and restaurants right on the same street Everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. If you're looking for a place with luxury, comfort, and outstanding service, this is it!
