Cicilia Saigon Hotels and Spa

The hotel is conveniently located near shops, markets, and spas. The service is excellent, and the room is very clean. The bathroom is a little bit see-through because it's made of glass, which might cause concern for some people. Breakfast selection still has room for improvement. My friend and I are grateful for the experience.

The best thing about the hotel is the location. It’s centrally located, very easy to locate. Staff is extremely courteous. Rooms were good and spacious. Family room has jacuzzi. There’s no swimming pool in the hotel. Food was fine. However they have an Indian Restaurant within the premises.

Firstly the staff were lovely. Very accommodating and friendly. The rooms were very underwhelming - booked a superior double room w city view. First arrive to a room with a tiny window and the “view” was of a wall. Staff were apologetic and said the room with view wasn’t available and it was an issue with management/incorrect advertising. The next day they moved us to room with the “view” majority of window was blocked out. Safe was also broken. Not very clean. We pains $56.9 AUD per night with a decent breakfast included. Location is near a busy round about.
