the 5th time I stay there and the consistency of the quality is impressive. Giovanni and Simone at the pool bar are true superstars! Everyone is genuinely caring about guests well being.
Great hotel, very friendly staff, cleanliness and and amazing pool! Just minus one star for the breakfast - the good thing is: they bring it to your room. The bad thing is: it's not the best quality. Better have a bite outside.
We booked the expensive room with balcony pool view, we never got those. The AC did not work and no windows on the parents suite except 1 small window on the roof that woke us up on sunrise. The service desk was not helpful much. Except that, the pool was nice and the rooms well equipped
