Ciel Suites Athens

Location is excellent. Great restaurants around. Room was not big but clean and tidy. People are nice and helpful. Am planning to go back and recommended my parents to stay here when they are going to Athens later this year.

Perfect location and very friendly stuff. The girl at the reception introduced the area to me in good detail. Including some dangerous areas to avoid which is important to female solo-travelers. The room is very clean and there’s also smart tv that you can watch Netflix. Would totally recommend

I stayed at this hotel for one night. Yes, the staff is friendly and sincere. However, I did not book this hotel to make friends. The location, cleanliness, etc. are perfect. Although I checked in at 20:00 in the evening, I noticed that there was no hot water that night. I talked to the reception 3 or 4 times, and each time I talked, I was told that I would have hot water in 20 minutes. And finally, I was told that I would not have hot water tonight but that the problem would be solved the next day. In fact, I did not care that the problem would be solved the next day in a hotel that I was leaving the next day. I checked in much later than the check-in time, so if the system was checked, I would not have had such a problem until I arrived. And this problem was only in the room given to me. You are in the service sector and you have to please the customer in some way. If the problem is not solved, a gesture of apology should be made in some way, etc. You should think about this, not me.
