Perfect price-to-value rate. Not ideal but reasonably priced accommodation. No complaints, even though not all is perfect. Just-a-walk distance from slope, warm, cosy and good-enough.

You get what you pay for. For that price do not expect anything fancy but as a cheap base during your ski trip is good enough.

Worst experience of last decade. Total mess. We were guests of this place for the first time in 2006 and were coming every year until 2015. This year we decided to bring back the memories and come back, despite being the most expensive hotel in the whole area. When we arrived the room was dirty, not prepared for our arrival. The receptionists put us in another room, which was the biggest apartment at the top. It was the worst room that I was living in ever. But we haven't had other options and it was late night. So we agreed to move in, to figure things out at the other day. On the next day the room that was meant to be ours was cleaned and ready so we had to pack things back to the car and up to the other room again as it was in another building. We spent two afternoons in the reception to discuss the compensation, we wanted to get our money back and leave, but we were said that it is Sunday and nobody can give us our money back, and as the result the operator Getur hotels as well as someone appearing to be some sort of 'manager' offered us a free drink in the bar. Photos of what we encountered are below. And I honestly recommend to avoid this place at all costs. Shame and scam. The only thing that has changed in there since 2006 are led lightbulbs.
