An Unforgettable Stay at Cielo Hotel! I had the most amazing experience at Cielo Hotel! Everything—from the beautifully maintained rooms to the exceptional service—was top-notch. The ambiance, cleanliness, amenities, and hospitality exceeded my expectations. Every member of the staff was polite, helpful, and genuinely cared about making our stay memorable. A very special thank you to the General Manager, Mr. Krishna. He is truly a remarkable person—warm, professional, and always going the extra mile to ensure guests feel welcomed and valued. I’ve never met someone in the hospitality industry who leaves such a lasting impression in such a short time. He’s the heart of this hotel and the reason I’ll be recommending Cielo to everyone I know.

Book 4 rooms on August 1st, after waiting for long time and a lot of drama we got only 1 room avaliable, at the end they send us to Water Front hotel and we got 3 rooms. Definitely worst experience ever with a hotel. Front desk guy tried his best, but still on a weekend one guy is not enough, especially if he can't decide anything and every time he has to call his manager for a decision.

Overall, our experience at the hotel was disappointing. From the moment we entered, the atmosphere did not feel friendly or welcoming. The level of service, cleanliness, and attention to guest needs fell far below expectations. Considering this hotel is located in Qatar—a country known for its hospitality, high standards of living, and emphasis on food quality—our experience was far from what one would expect. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone based on our stay.
