Cielo Taos

This was a great spot to stay on our way to Taos Ski Valley. We only stayed one night, but Matteo and his dog made it feel like we were visiting a friend. The views were beautiful and rooms nicely appointed. There was even cool art and nice rugs. We had lots of space and check in/out was very easy. We may stay here instead of on the mountain for our next trip up. The access road was a bit muddy and a bit hard to know you’ve gone the right way is the only downside I saw. By being off the main road there was lots of space for my kids to run around outside. It was silent at night too as you’re a bit off any main road.

Beautiful space, wonderful amenities, gracious hosts, and incredible views. A friend and I were road-tripping up through Taos and came upon Cielo as a change of pace from our trip up to that point. What a treat?! We walked in, were immediately greeted by Yvonne, given the lay of the land, and shown where we would stay. It was cold outside yet incredibly comfortable inside. We used the hot tub, pool, showers, and fireplace. The sunset views over the valley (out of the Presidential suite) are breath-taking and humbling. I would highly, highly recommend Cielo Taos for your next Taos getaway!

The room was beautiful, classy, comfortable, the grounds were breathtaking, the views were spectacular, the pool and hot tub were very well kept and clean. Yvonne was so helpful and had a cute dog named Atlas. There was so detail left unattended, even down to the thick comfortable pool towels. We will be back again! 10/10
