the hotel is located in a very central yet quiet part of the city. The room is tiny but very nice with a small sweet terrace just above a street. For a person traveling alone, it is cozy and fun. Things to improve: 1. white sheets instead of colorful ones since the room is very small and needs to have a more spacey feeling. 2. shampoo and soap needs to be from a better quality.

Rather make a refundable booking at a more affordable hotel. We paid 992€ for four nights and unfortunately had to cancel our booking at the last minute because our toddler was admitted to the hospital. Even though airlines will redeem flight credits for valid reasons, CIEN is very much still a business and they treat you as such when unexpected things happen. It's such a shame because we looked long and hard for a place as beautiful as CIEN and would have loved to come back again. I don't think we'll book at CIEN ever again. Oh well ❤️‍🩹...

I made reservations through booking.com but Cien hotel charged me 777.77 euros and I cancelled reservation instantly but I did not get my money back. I am so upset this is the first time I’ve been charged for the reservation. It is a big disappointment. They did not respond any comments from booking and I keep sending messages nobody responds. I want my money back.After I complain here they finally respond and send me messages that they do not refund my money back. This is a violation of human rights . They got money like thieves. I was exploring reservation options and was surprised to be charged 777 euros even though I canceled immediately since I don’t have a visa for Spain. I’ve tried reaching out to customer support without success. I was simply checking availability, not confirming a booking.
