Everything was perfect during my stay at this hotel. The rooms were extremely comfortable and clean. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom modern and cleaned regularly every day. The staff was very friendly and helpful, responding to every question we had immediately. The location of the hotel was central, we could easily reach the places we wanted to visit. The breakfast was very rich and delicious, there was an option for every taste. I found it very affordable in terms of price-performance. I would definitely recommend it and plan to stay again.

The room is very small, or rather, half of it is taken up by an empty bathroom, and the beds are close together and there is no room for a closet. Great location. Friendly staff. Inconvenient narrow turning steep staircase up, difficult with suitcases. Close to the center, steep climb to the metro along the streets. Cleaning is poor, there was black hair in the sink, bed linen with stains. Pillows are uncomfortable, mattresses are good. Sockets fall out, there are leaks on the ceiling, stains on the wall. One minute to the minimarket and a cafe where the food is delicious. In general, this is a very budget option, the advantages are the ideal location, staff, silence at night and inexpensive, but it is not suitable for those who are sensitive to cleanliness and repair, there are none here. Our room was a triple on the top floor, the window overlooked a vacant lot between the houses.

The hotel is very well located and the rooms are large, you can see that it has been recently renovated. The problem is cleanliness and hygiene. When we arrived we had to ask to change the room because the one we had been assigned was dirty: bread crumbs, dust and hair everywhere, even on the bed. The bathroom had not been cleaned and there were stains of urine. In the new room things weren't much better, the floor was dirty and the shower area was obviously dirty, but, at least, the toilet had been cleaned. The service is terrible, the reception smells like a mixture of human sweat with smoke and, even there, there are clear signs of lack of hygiene. The guy who meets you at the door is always on his cell phone playing or talking to friends and, honestly, he too could use a bath because he needs it. There remains one last point: we had made the reservation on booking.com and in the hotel description it was written that they offered breakfast. Pure lie because when we arrived they informed us otherwise, in any case it was better that way, given the level of cleanliness of the place, we would have ended up in hospital. My advice: pay a little more and choose a better hotel but be careful, these situations are common in Istanbul.
