Cinnamon Lakeside

What a great hotel, fantastic service and especially the concierge Gamini, who went out of his way to try and locate a special pair of shoes for my husband. We had breakfast and dinner at the buffet for 3 days and the variety of food was fantastic and changed each night for dinner. The chef's made me GF bread which was really appreciated. Rooms were a nice size and clean, we loved staying here and if we came back to Colombo would diffantly book into this hotel again. Thankyou to everyone, Concierge, Chefs and Resturant staff, Housekeeping staff, you all made our stayed fantastic Cheers Sandy and Russell - NZ

From the moment we stepped into Cinnamon Lakeside, we were treated with warmth and care. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a beautiful view of the lake. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional service from the staff — especially Heshani from the Front Office. She went above and beyond to ensure our check-in was smooth and every request was handled with a smile. Her professionalism and friendly nature made us feel truly welcomed. Thank you, Heshani, and the entire team for a memorable stay. We’ll definitely be back!
