Unfortunately, rooms (we rented 2) were dirty, lots of dust on the floor and more under the beds. Staff was pleasant and willing to help. SPA area is not only for hotel guests, so locals visit it as well. Mold on the ceiling and walls. No noise isolation at all - we could hear the street noise and neighbours making love ;)

The showers were honestly disgusting – dirty, smelly, with mold and hair everywhere. Clearly not cleaned properly at all. When we tried to go to the pool, they suddenly told us we had to buy swim caps. That was never mentioned before – just another way to take money from guests. The staff barely spoke any English, which made everything way more complicated than it needed to be. And the best part? They didn’t accept card payments. No warning, no signs – just “cash only” when you’re already at the desk. Had to go find an ATM in a rush. Total letdown. Not coming back.

I'm going to write an honest opinion here, so read this because it will help you. The breakfast staff is as bad as can be. They move very slowly, are very depressing, don't even offer a smile, don't top up the food constantly, only after a while when they feel like getting up to look. Drinks (juices and water) are warm, it wasn't until the 2nd day that their only method was to fill paper cups with water, leave them in the freezer and then take ice out of them to put in the juice. The worst thing of all is that they don't even wear gloves, and they use their mouths to break the cardboard off the ice! You can't put your mouth on those and then put them in drinks! On top of that, the breakfast isn't very diversified either, not much to choose from. On the top floors the hot water comes very hard, after a few minutes of waiting. The bathroom ventilation in my room doesn't work. As good points, comfortable beds, room mostly ok, pool is decent (you can only enter it with those water caps).
