A beautiful, wonderful and very comfortable hotel. The location is excellent, close to the city center and tourist areas and events. The service is very wonderful, and the staff are very cooperative and kind. I would like to mention the manager Coşkun, who is very cooperative and his treatment is very excellent and decent. I thank them all, and it will be my permanent hotel during my visit to Istanbul. 🌹
From the moment we arrived until the very last second of our stay, everything was simply perfect. The hotel itself is stunning – beautifully designed, incredibly clean, and located in a fantastic area. But what truly made our experience unforgettable was the outstanding service, especially from Dilara. She was warm, professional, and incredibly attentive to every detail.She made us feel genuinely cared for. Her kindness and dedication truly set this hotel apart from any other.💘
New and modern hotel, great location and exceptional view. The service wa great and value for money was very good, paid around €80 per night for a Bosphorus view room.
