Great location. Driveway is tricky and much care is required to avoid scraping or beaching on the concrete hump. But it is possible even with a low slung car. Rooms are pleasant, couches are comfy, bed is comfy. Lack of storage means you have to live from your suitcase, but it's a good spot to base yourself from.
