All the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Their approach to you makes you feel like a family member. You can trust them and ask for help in any matter, they are very flexible and solution-oriented. Although it is a 4-star hotel in terms of cleanliness, it provides service like a 5-star hotel. Everywhere is spotlessly clean. The waiters are very sweet. The staff at the beach are also very friendly and approachable. The reception is very helpful. Thank you for everything. It was end-of-season, 3-5 October, and we were not expecting the whe package, so to speak. We were pleasantly surprised! The bar wasn't open on the last evening, but we went up to our rooms and took drinks from the fridge to compensate. This was NOT charged to us! Staff was friendly and could not fault the restaurant staff in any way - excellent service and very good food! Rooms were very clean. Hopefully, during winter they will be updating/refreshing the hotel ... it would be in their interest to do so! Would definitely stay here again!
Nice beach hotel in San Felice Circeo. The rooms are in need of renovation and a little outdated, but the beds were comfy, we had a balcony featuring views on the ocean and the mountains, and the wifi signal was strong. The staff was attentive and nice, and there is a beach front restaurant and beach club. When we visited (June 2023) the hotel was somewhat empty. I don't know why. We would definitely come back here!
