First of all the breakfast was the best I’ve ever had in whole Georgia also because of the lovely breakfast ladies. We got the room 19 which has the best view over the whole city and from the balcony you can watch all the people and their struggle to go up the citadel. Love that place! Thanks to the amazing guys at the front desk who were nothing but helpful in any way!
Outstanding hotel. Excellent breakfast. Stunning view from the upper floor. One of the best value hotels we have ever been to. Staff were great. Just watch for that ascent up the hill - it's pretty steep.
Staying at this hotel is good for staff to treat very tactfully and well. But in the room where I stayed there were problems in the bathroom (the bathroom chair cover is broken and the bathtub does not drain well when you shower water accumulates needs maintenance and cleaning sewage) As for the site it is excellent in the center of the old city, but if you have a stroller I do not recommend it because climbing to it is very difficult and most cars do not climb to the door of the hotel.
