Citadines Al Ghubrah Muscat

I had a wonderful stay at Citadines Hotel Muscat! The entire property is modern, clean, and very well-maintained. The housekeeping service was truly extraordinary – everything was spotless and refreshed daily with great attention to detail. The hotel is also in a comfortable and convenient location, making it easy to access nearby restaurants, shops, and other attractions. A special mention to the reception staff, who were always welcoming, professional, and extremely helpful throughout my stay. Highly recommended for both short and long stays – I would definitely come back!

traveled to Muscat recently and had a great few days at this aparthotel! check-in was easy, and the staff was friendly. the building is well marked and has a parking lot right out front. the lobby is very clean and nicely decorated. our room was also clean and comfortable - although it felt more like an apartment than a hotel room. the bed was great, and the large shower was perfect! our view was kind of sad though - couldn't see anything besides the walls of the next building over. on the rooftop there's a small pool with a great view! it was generally calm and watching the sunset was lovely. however, we were never sure where to get towels?? my biggest issue unfortunately came after our visit - I forgot an item (small, easily shippable) and immediately emailed the staff to inquire about it. between each email back and forth I usually had to wait 2-3 days. they also were not accommodating at all - saying I should "just come get it" (which is unreasonable for the majority of tourists). I'm not sure what the mail system is in Oman, but there was absolutely no support from the staff and it's looking like I'll never get my item back.

Well decorated hotel. The room space is enough. It is with a stationary kitchen equipped with kitchenware. I loved that water was in a dispenser, approach 2 reduce plastics use. Reasonable price. Clean and almost all services available. Swift response by the staff. Funnily enough, green tea bags are not available 😅 and the bathroom bin foot pedal was rusty and broken! Attention to detail should be visible in these types of hotels. Very good overall, thank you.
