This hotel offers great value for money. Location is right smack in downtown and within walking distance from all the heritage buildings in downtown. Its staff is also very warm and friendly. Plus, rooms are spacious! Gym is decent.
I have nothing to say about this hotel but - all praises 👌 The room is super spacious, very clean and well maintained, with full kitchen, working cooktop, pots & pans, kitchen utensils, plates & bowls - everything you need for cooking/eating meals. They have a full size fridge a kitchen table for 2. The bathroom is very clean. The hotel is well maintained, a lot of hanging-out areas, huge gym, well maintained swimming pool, a restaurant/breakfast buffet and even a casino (Casino Filipino). On top of that, they have a laundry room with 2 washing machines and 2 dryers for guests to use - the only hotel I know that offers this. Wifi is very strong. Most of all, the staff from the reception, concierge, guards, restaurant crews and housekeeping - these guys are the best in Customer Service. The only wish I have is hopefully, they'll add more dish in their buffet. Food quality is good but lacking in choices. Not the biggest concern since they have everything else in top shape. Thanks you guys, I'll definitely stay here (longer, more days) next time I'm in the country. Keep it up 💪🙏❤️
