In June this year, I visited Vietnam for the first time and I had such a wonderful experience with Ryan and Mint. They were incredibly polite and friendly. My friend and I had some questions about Vietnamese cuisine and wanted to go to another hotel for afternoon tea. Ryan and Mint not only helped us with arranging transportation, but also kindly called the other hotel to inquire for us. Their enthusiasm and service was truly outstanding, and they even drew us a beautiful message that made us feel the warmth and hospitality of the Vietnamese people, and made us fall in love with Vietnam. can't wait to come back in September! 😊

The room was clean, the staff was nice. Near to beach. During booking, booked for ocean view, requested for higher floor room, but end up getting room at 4th floor. A bit disappointed, no more great view, ocean view, nice night view 🏖️. Update on 04 July 2025 Following the incident, I would like to extend my compliments to the hotel front desk team. The next day, we requested a room change to a higher floor, and they promptly and courteously accommodated our request. We truly appreciated their assistance and responsiveness. Thank you for the excellent service.

Great convenient location, kinda of in the center of everything. Staff are helpful and friendly. My room has an amazing sea view, just that some furnitures are little bit old. You may hear the traffic on the main road as the windows are not really sound-proof.
